Cookie policy

What files we use, what they do and how you control them.

Last updated: 11 September 2026

The essentials, in two sentences

Solendi uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no heat maps, and no tool that records your behaviour for statistical or commercial purposes.

The only cookies we set are those without which you could not sign in and a submitted form could not be verified as genuinely yours. That is why you will not see a consent banner on this site: the law does not require one for strictly necessary cookies, and we would rather not bother you with a question whose only possible answer is "yes".

What a cookie is

A cookie is a very small text file that a website stores in your browser and that the browser returns with every request. It allows the server to recognise that two consecutive requests come from the same person. Without that mechanism, signing in would be impossible: every page would ask for your password again.

Which cookies we use

CookiePurposeDurationType
Session cookie Keeps you signed in while you work. It holds only a random identifier; the session data itself lives on our server, not in your browser. 120 minutes of inactivity, or until you close the browser First-party · Strictly necessary
XSRF-TOKEN Protects forms against fraudulent submissions made from another site in your name. It is a security measure, not a tracking one. The same as the session First-party · Strictly necessary

Both are first-party cookies: solendi.es sets them and nobody else reads them. They are marked HttpOnly, which prevents any script from reading them, and restricted to the site itself, so they do not accompany requests originating on other pages.

If you disable these cookies in your browser, the platform will not work: you will not be able to sign in.

Third-party resources

One point is worth declaring even though it is not a cookie. Some public pages — document signing, questionnaires sent to clients, presentations and job listings — load their typefaces from Google Fonts.

That load installs no cookie but, by the technical nature of any web request, it communicates your IP address to Google at the moment the file is downloaded. We say so because it is true and because we would rather you knew, even though many sites leave it out.

We are working on hosting those typefaces on our own servers so as to remove that communication too. Until then, a third-party resource blocker in your browser prevents it without stopping the pages from working: only the appearance of the text will change slightly.

Beyond this, our pages contain no other resource, script or element loaded from third parties.

How to control them from your browser

Every browser lets you view stored cookies, delete them, and block those of particular sites. This is usually found in settings, under "Privacy and security". You can also use private browsing mode, which clears them when the window closes.

Bear in mind that blocking the strictly necessary cookies of solendi.es amounts to not being able to use the platform.

What would change if we added analytics

If in future we introduced any measurement tool that is not strictly necessary, we would be obliged to seek your prior consent through a notice allowing you to accept, reject or choose by category, and not to install anything until you decided. We would also update this page before doing so.

For as long as this document says what it says, you can rely on that not having happened.
